There were multiple issues when they returned my car to me. No break check was done. Tire pressure light was on. Bottom cover under car was not screwed in. Service rep was a very poor communicator and failed to provide the customary information regarding services performed on car and cost. Failed to respond to a voicemail left for him. Leasing the car was fine. Service left much to be desired. Primarily because of poor communication and no one answering their phones.
