Excellent Dealership I have owned BMWs for the last 40 years. In the past, I went to the closest dealership but I frequently felt that I was overcharged for the car and t I have owned BMWs for the last 40 years. In the past, I went to the closest dealership but I frequently felt that I was overcharged for the car and the service. Three years ago, a close friend recommended that I consider getting a lease from BMW of Freehold because she felt this dealership was exceptional. Although it is an hour drive from my home, I visited the Freehold dealership and was extremely pleased with the salesperson, Mark (who has since left) this dealership. When I learned of Mark’s departure, I almost considered returning closer to home for my next lease until I met Nick Schiable, a salesperson. I am turned off to pushy, fast-talking car salesmen but Nick Schiable was delightful from the moment I met with him. I explained to Nick that I wanted another 2 Series but since I have a narrow driveway and small garage, I needed to know if the dimensions of the car had changed over three years. Nick Schiable who is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns, immediately checked and compared the dimensions of both models. I, also, told him that I wanted the same accessories and he immediately obtained that information on his computer and was able to honor that request. Nick had someone check the damage on the car but delivered the good news that since I had the “Wear & Tear policy,” I would not be charged for any damage. I immediately ordered the car and Nick called to tell me that the car would be available at the end of the week. Since I was not able to pick up the car on a day when Nick was working, he prepared every last detail and had me meet another fine salesperson, Chris Fash, who expedited the pick up of my new car & Nick Luciaa in Finance who also was terrific as well. I am so grateful to Nick Schiable who handled the sale and who called me a day or two later to ask if I was pleased with my new vehicle. Nick Schiable and his two other colleagues were fabulous. It is truly a pleasure dealing with BMW of Freehold; their employees are honest and exceptional people. Leasing a car at this particular BMW dealership is stress free. More
