When it came time to trade it in and get another, I decided to get a used 528 this time. I looked all over and BMW Freehold had the MOST and the BEST selection of 3-year old 5s with low mileage. When I arrived late on a Thursday night, I was greeted my Kyle Gries. As I approached the cars, they looked way BETTER in person than they did online. They had a dozen 2015 5-series sedans, with 20k to 30k miles. All were in incredible shape. Carfax showed the cars were leased there, serviced there, and returned there. In under 90 minutes I took a test drive, Kyle had presented a good offer on my trade, plus a good offer for my new car. Paperwork was signed. I picked the car up a few days later. Horrible service Left car on a Sunday night for a convertible sensor. Got it back Wednesday and it was filthy. Noticed a receipt left in the car. Looks like someone used my car to go get pizza the day before it was ready. The service paperwork showed 25 miles were put on the car. Called the dealer and sent them pictures of the car and pizza receipt. Their answer was there was a mistake on the paperwork and they only put 3 miles on the car and the receipt fell out of the pocket of the technician who worked on the car. They offered to rewash the car. Does anyone buy this explanation. How about showing the cctv footage to back up your story More

My Sales rep has since left the firm and I wanted to work with Richard Henriquez specifically. He was super busy on the day I went in, so we made an appt. Richard was fully prepared, prior to my appointment and he had created a complete folder with all the info needed way ahead of time. This helped save a ton of back & forth and time spent ! He did negotiate a very good deal for me. It was the easiest transaction ever that I have experienced @ a car dealership. On the day of the delivery, he personally helped clean out the car / transfer things and explain all the features etc. whereas another seasoned rep would have left it for someone else to do ! No task is ever small for Richard! He is the most polite and respectful being you will come across ( and I don't just say this often! ) So thank you Richard for the pleasant transaction and Wish you the best. More

After getting serious over the last couple of months, I had a specific list of features I was looking for in my SUV. After looking nationwide, I found what I was looking for at the BMW of Freehold. My client Advisor was Nick Lichaa and he made the whole process as smooth as possible. We ended up wrapping up the deal in about 20 mins. He was quick and efficient with the paperwork. He sent me a dozen pictures and shared information about the condition and history of the vehicle. He also greatly helped coordinate the transaction with my bank as well as my shipper. Next time I think about getting a BMW, I will be starting with BMW of Freehold and Nick first. More

This was my second BMW that I have purchased, but first through BMW of Freehold. This was actually a better buying experience than the other BMW dealership that I used prior. Every part of the sales process was comfortable with no pressure. Nicholas was great as he was very approachable and offered great advice on various BMW models. The entire buying experience was very easy thanks in large part to Nicholas's relaxed nature and professionalism. I really appreciated the great customer service across the entire BMW sales team through the process, from the online sales rep I first spoke with, to the technology specialist walking me through the features of the car. Whenever I am looking to buy another BMW, I will certainly keep this dealer as my first choice. More

I expressed interest in a pre-owned BMW, and I don't normally leave reviews. But my experience with the exceptional staff at BMW Freehold is notable. I expressed interest in a pre-owned BMW, and received a prompt response asking when it would be convenient to stop by - no pressure - thanks Amy Nolan. My sales associate Stephen Semo was the consumate professional. He answered all my questions, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the brand. This was my first ever "zero" pressure buying experience. It helps that the brand tends to sell itself. My financing was very efficient and actually enjoyable thanks to Robert Sullivan. He also addressed all my questions, and made what is normally an exhausting process move smoothly. And finally before driving my new car home Stephen took the time to go over all controls options and settings. More
