They are always timely, proactive, and stellar in their communications and while I don't ever enjoy going for service, they really do make it as painless as possible. Little warning though: I almost ding communications and while I don't ever enjoy going for service, they really do make it as painless as possible. Little warning though: I almost dinged them a star this time because that new-ish espresso/cappuccino/coffee maker brews the worst tasting liquid EVER. You can't even CALL it coffee. It is absolutely vile and I truly hope they go back to a Keurig or add a reminder in their service text reminders to bring my own. I tried 3 different options (regular coffee, cappuccino, and espresso) thinking one of them had to be edible and could barely get down a single sip of any of the three. Wow is it bad. More

The service department has always been so easy for me to work with, and this visit was also excellent. I called explaining the issue, stopped by to have someone take a look at the problem, and was able to h work with, and this visit was also excellent. In addition, Nez had everything ready to go when I got there the next day to pick up my car. Mike was amazing in explaining the finance process to me and really broke down and made everything easy to understand. Finally, Ian was wonderful explaining how the X3 works!
