Not important Dealership seemed like they were too busy to deal with me and my purchase; not willing to negotiate to get to the price/payment I wanted. The salesman knew I needed a car because I had recently sold mine, so he knew I had to purchase something, and, because of credit issues, knew I was going to buy there. He did eventually return calls and did return emails. He tried to keep me up-to-date, but just seemed like they were too busy, even in a pandemic, to deal with me and my small purchase, I'm sure, compared to new cars they had to sell. More

Gotta give it to my salesman Greg Kasmer and the sales support team who did a great job. I’m an out of state buyer and was able to do the whole process remotely. Pretty seamless. I got a fair deal on the Used Porsche Cayenne GTS I bought. The vehicle was in excellent condition and perfect working order (just as advertised). I highly recommend. More
Working with Ken was Easy. Leased my X5 from BMW of Westlake back in 2017. Ken contacted me about my lease expiring and asked what I wanted to do. Since I liked the car and Leased my X5 from BMW of Westlake back in 2017. Ken contacted me about my lease expiring and asked what I wanted to do. Since I liked the car and it was low mileage (And a diesel which is no longer available!) he presented me with two options: buying outright and buying it as a CPO. After further discussions, I decided to pay the additional to buy it as a CPO. Ken was very professional and working with him was easy. My experience with Ken and BMW of Westlake was very good. More
I’ve had repeated issues with my car, with the service light being on. After repeated visits and 8 total days in the shop? The issue was never resolved. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From start to finish: knowledgeable, kept in touch (Email and text), and gave me the best price possible. Today Jerry hooked me up with Ian, the i8 Genie--in the past, I've had a Genie, in person at the dealership, guide me through the car I just purchased--Ian took me on a cell-phone guided tour for almost one hour (I was sitting in my i8 in Florida, and he was in the showroom i8 in Ohio!). And, if I have any additional questions (like, hey, I love sports cars but I didn't know how to "plug" this one in!!), I have both Jerry's and Ian's personal cell number. Can't underscore enough what an amazing and personal experience buying this car was--and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Recommend BMW of Westlake without reservations! More
