I stumbled upon a listing for a BMW 328I and the price for the condition of the car seemed a little bit too good to be true, but I figured why not and I contacted the dealer and I am happy that i did. Jerry Mancini at BMW of Westlake emailed me back about an hour later letting me know that the car was available and if I could come see it that day, I didn’t really want to go that day but my wife kind of nudged me in that direction so I went. I arrived at the dealership expecting to be high pressured and for the car not to be exactly as advertised but everything was exactly as advertised and after i talked to Jerry for 5 minutes, i felt like I was visiting with an old friend. He addressed my concerns with the utmost care and concern, he put my mind at ease and made me feel like I was making the right choice. I had to come back a couple days later to trade in my car and fill out the paperwork, Jerry gave me a really good trade-in price for my car, did what he could on the price, and the entire experience was very seemless, efficient, and actually very relaxing. He made the entire process very easy, relaxing, and I left the dealership with my new car feeling very satisfied. Thank you Jerry Mancini and I would recommend you to anyone looking to buy a car, and I also give you a 10 star rating my friend. I look forward to doing business with you in the future and thank you very much for the obvious dedication you have to customer service. More

Not important Dealership seemed like they were too busy to deal with me and my purchase; not willing to negotiate to get to the price/payment I wanted. The salesman knew I needed a car because I had recently sold mine, so he knew I had to purchase something, and, because of credit issues, knew I was going to buy there. He did eventually return calls and did return emails. He tried to keep me up-to-date, but just seemed like they were too busy, even in a pandemic, to deal with me and my small purchase, I'm sure, compared to new cars they had to sell. More
