When he couldn't find us what we wanted, he made the process of building a vehicle easy. He was not pushy but confident in his product. He was very knowledgeable and even had all our paperwork ready to go the night we picked up the vehicle, so it took half the time it usually takes. This is actually our second BMW purchased from Nez and BMW of Westlake in the last 4 months. Would definitely recommend the dealership and salesman! More

We talked a bit about the car specs and condition on the phone. When I arrived to inspect the car, it was ready and was exactly the same condition as advertised. The entire buying process was quick and smooth. They even had a tech person to show me all the settings/features on the car. Jerry even called afterwards to ensure I got home safe and if I had any questions. Although I live far away from Westlake, I would consider buying from them again.
