Acceptable, not exceptional My loaner car was ready when I arrived. I had to arrive late and was accommodated well. The employee I worked with was kind and knowledgeable. I had discount coupons and there was some question about what they covered and I was told I did not read the fine print and I was disappointed that that would even an issue. I was not contacted when my car was ready but I think that was an error and not intentional. No one explained my bill and showed me where my discount was applied or how much was applied (it was a little confusing between percentages and money off per task). I was just told the total and assured that it was applied. More

Although the dealership was very busy on a rainy Saturday, J Jerry Mancini and team went all out to assist me with my trade to upgrade to a 2016 328i. Although the dealership was very busy on a rainy Saturday, Jerry took into account that I was visiting from out of town and really wanted to take delivery of the car on that day. He and the rest of the team got my paperwork done, trade-in processed, the new car serviced and prepped for delivery by mid-afternoon. This was a very smooth transaction complicated only by myself. Jerry was very helpful in walking me through a number of purchase/financing options available to me. More

The advertised car I had come to see was not available for 1 Visited Dealership. Met with salesman. All questions answered. Scheduled test drive . The advertised car I had come to see was not available for 1 month. Test drove a larger one. Cost over $20,000 more. Jerry was knowledgeable, easy going and did not pressure me.
