It was great to meet the man behind the glass when I entered the dealership, Fred Palmer, that made me feel more than welcome for the purchase of my BMW. Mike was also fantastic through the finance part of the transaction giving me all the options to protect my investment. After I was all finished, Nate did more than expected to get me familiar with my new vehicle which was fantastic. I am in the automotive sales industry myself and they are a great bunch of not only professionals but great people that will take care of you every step of the way. He will communicate promptly with his customers by their preferred means. I was able to negotiate the entire purchase via email. Ken also emailed me all of the paperwork so that I could complete it before coming into the dealer. I look forward to working with Ken again. Mike Niedzwiecki helped me complete the finance portion of my purchase. Mike was well-prepared as I spent less than 10 minutes in his office. Awesome experience Tony my salesperson was a pleasure to work with. I was expecting to be treated like everyone's perception of a used car salesperson but he is totally Tony my salesperson was a pleasure to work with. I was expecting to be treated like everyone's perception of a used car salesperson but he is totally opposite of what you have been told. He treated me like I was a very important person. The whole process from a-z was quick. The test drive,the finance department, ( don't remember the finance guys name but he was awesome as well). What I enjoyed the most was there wasn't the usual, we negotiate on a price, price comes in higher then I want to pay, salesperson says let me get my manager and see what can be done. There was none of that, I told them how much I wanted to pay they came back with a figure ( slightly more) then my offer, and we meet in the middle. There were 2 cars almost exactly the same. I test drove the vehicle with litterly one more option. After they came back with the numbers I was turned off. Thats when Tony's quick thinking came in he was like I have the exact same car without that 1 option and it will save you about $60 a month. If it wasn't for his quick thinking I was about to walk. I will suggest BMW of Westlake to all my friends. More
