Tony found me the car ( a retired courtesy car) within an hour of our telephone conversation. We negotiated the final deal over the phone. I drove from Chagrin Falls to pick it up Monday evening. Tony came in, even though not feeling well. Bob stayed late to complete the paperwork. And Justin stayed even later to review the features of the car.
