It was exactly what we were looking for . Jerry sold us our 1st BMW a few years ago a X3 and we were so happy to work with him again. He got it ready for us to look at and after the test drive and we bought it that day. The BMW Genius was there and helped us to learn the car. What a great that service that was. Best experience ever I live in NJ and found a 2010 MB E63 AMG at BMW of Westlake. I wasn't going to drive 8 hours to test drive a car so I relied on talking to Greg and St I live in NJ and found a 2010 MB E63 AMG at BMW of Westlake. I wasn't going to drive 8 hours to test drive a car so I relied on talking to Greg and Steve over the phone. They were able to contact the Dealership of service record and spoke to them about the car so I could get answers on some issues I found on the carfax. I was completely satisfied with the answers I received. I jokingly stated that I would like a big red bow on the car like in the Christmas commercials. On Christmas day, Steve, drove to the dealership and put a big red bow on the car. He took a pic of it and sent it to me. I flew into Cleveland on the 26th and was picked up at the Airport by Steve. My car and the paperwork were ready and I was out the door with no issues. I have decided that in a couple of years when I want another car, I am flying out to Cleveland again and going straight to BMW of Westlake. More

Q is tops in customer service. Enjoyed working with him. I was an out of state buyer and Q was awesome to deal with from my initial phone contact to delivery of the car. Very helpful in answering my questions, providing information and even arranging to show the car to some relatives I had in the area on very short notice. He did everything needed to make me happy with this deal including changing out the summer tires that were already on the car with brand new all season rubber, and was instrumental in getting me the trade in value I needed on my old car. Drove to the dealership on a Friday afternoon, test drove the car, and found it to be exactly as he described it to me. Did the financing on Saturday morning and was on my way home. Q is a real “car guy” and I enjoyed my interactions with him. Hope to deal with Q again in the future. More

Satisfied for a first timer !! It was my first BMW. But John made it pretty easy for me. He showed me all the options which could fit in my choice and helped me to make my decision. Initially, the conversation was not that good, but later on it was really good. I had one small issue with my lease agreement, the model number of my car was not listed correct. But, that was corrected next day when i pointed that out. Overall, i was satisfied with my buying experience. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Good Job John. More

When I finally decided to test drive, she made sure the vehicle was ready to go as it was a very cold day. When I finally selected the vehicle she actually helped along with Mike to secure better financing terms through BMW than what I had with my credit union. On the date of purchase, Putrri made sure that all paperwork was ready to go as not to delay my purchase experience. As a special touch, she provided my son with his first BMW teddy bear as a gift. In addition, she has continued to follow-up after my purchase to ensure that I am satisfied and to answer any questions.
