Kicking the tires Love my BMW 228i, but it doesn't drive worth a crap in the snow, so I headed off to BMW Westlake to get snow tires. As always, service was top-notch. Brittany ordered the tires for me, and arranged for a loaner while they were waiting for them. Took an extra day, in which I had to drive around in a BMW 340. Boo-hoo. As always, service people were friendly and experience very pleasant. Almost made me forget that I'd spent as much on tires as a family of four spends on food for three months. More

My initial contact with BMW of Westlake was a phone call, in which I was up front about my distaste for dealing with dealerships, with Jerry Mancini. During and subsequent to that initial call, I was treated respectfully, every step of the way. It was refreshing to not have to contend with the 'maneuvering' that so often makes the car buying experience so adversarial and unsavory. This is an exceptional team with strong leadership, evident in the atmosphere of the dealership. I was able to puchase a great vehicle at a fair price-and it wasn't painful to do so. More
