The dealership reached out to me to have my oil changed, notifying me the service was due. I asked how much it was. They told me it was $130 plus tax. When I showed up to have the oil changed, they then tol notifying me the service was due. I asked how much it was. They told me it was $130 plus tax. When I showed up to have the oil changed, they then told me That I was due for a cabin filter, another filter and some other service. They knew each of these was due when they emailed me about the oil change. They wanted an additional $450 for the other services. I was furious that they did not raise that when they contacted me for the oil change. Clearly, they were luring me in with the price of an oil change in hopes that I would buy other services that were due. I will be going to another dealer next time. further, their work order sheet said they did not warrant their services. It said everything was being provided “as is.” When I asked why they would not warrant that they would do the service properly, they said that they did warrant their labor. When asked where that warranty was, no one knew. They contacted the manager and he didn’t know either. It all appeared to be a lie. I won’t be going back. More

There’s nothing nice that I have to say. This was UNPLEASANT Uncomfortable Unattractive Unlikable uncaring unprofessional EXPERIENCE. I don’t even understand how my husband came back here when I asked him not to sometimes we try to give second chances, but this was a third and just unpleasant or if not more of the first. All around wonderful experience from start to finish-- best service center I have ever dealt with hands down. Everyone is very professional, kind and understanding. My personal sales rep, John Redden, is such a asset to this establishment. Not pushy in the least, just very informative and helpful with the whole process. Prices are more than fair for the unsurpassed quality BMW exhibits. Provided a beautiful brand spankin' new 2024 loaner vehicle while my x1 was being repaired (needless to say I did not want part with the rental, WOW the 2024 X3 is a glorious ride). In addition to the routine maintenance that was done, I also had a nasty gouge repaired on my back hatch. It is such a perfect job, you cannot tell there was anything wrong to begin with --- even it you try to find it. Like it never even happened. Super impressed to say the least. I will def. be back in the near future to trade up to the x3 model. More
