I’m extremely disappointed on the X1 vehicle (lemon) that BMW Westlake (Nez Faraj) sold me. Go check the terrible history and failed items on the report. I just got it back from service again. I had to speak to the regional manager about his team and this vehicle, fighting over high maintenance costs-embellished fees. I’ll never buy from BMW-Westlake again. More

Brought my car in for a tire leak and there was some issues with finding my tire/wheel warranty. Was thrilled to have an awesome service center finally. Such a nice change from Cleveland bmw. They are awful. Instead of rude and incompetent westlake bmw was friendly efficient and competent.
