The best dodge dealership in the whole tristate. Max was very professional and helpful with me on personally building my jeep. He explained every detail there is about every feature. He knows what he's talking about, he was always helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning to the sale of my vehicle. He would reach out to me and keep me posted on the status of my vehicle. I highly recommend him for his hard work, honesty, being dedicated, and passionate. Personally I believe he should be moved up into a higher position such as management. He's the perfect example of what a salesman should be. He's all about Customer service and he highly excells at it. When I go back for my next vehicle, I will only deal with Maxx, nobody else. Communication is key. When we were able to communicate with our service rep things went well. We were given misinformation from the operators answering the phones and When we were able to communicate with our service rep things went well.
