The service manager Sebastian is knowledgeable and helpful. He fully explained costs and answered my questions about additional upgrades I would like performed. The one major issue I had with my exp helpful. He fully explained costs and answered my questions about additional upgrades I would like performed. The one major issue I had with my experience was that the labor rate was $399/hour. That is double what I was quoted a year ago. Additionally, the part that I had installed was quoted $400 less a year ago. More
