I would never buy a car from this dealership after the experience we had today. My son had been in contact with a rep regarding a used car that they were selling. He had numerous text conversations with h experience we had today. My son had been in contact with a rep regarding a used car that they were selling. He had numerous text conversations with her and mentioned to her yesterday that he would be coming in today for a test drive. He reached out to her again this morning regarding a test drive and she needed to refer him to someone else. When we didn't hear back from anyone we decided to call before heading over as it is a 40 minute drive to get there and quite honestly didn't want to waste our time. We were told to head on over and they would set up an appointment. He received text confirmation about the appointment, so we headed over. After arriving we were greeted at the front counter. The man walked us over to his desk only to tell us that the car we were interested in seeing was sold yesterday. Needless to say, we were xxxxxx. Not once in all the conversations my son had was he told that the car was sold. So, 40 minutes to get there and 40 minutes to get home, talk about wasting our time. Of course we were asked if we wanted to see anything else which we certainly declined. This is the exact reason why I trust very few car dealers. I would never waste my time with this dealership. Buyer beware!!! More
