I truly felt the service dept and the service manager cared for my time and my needs. He listened to me describe the issues and he TOOK NOTES !!!! I have never experienced that before. Brian was the representative that was assisting me but was never on top of things. I had been waiting over 2 weeks calling them several times for a “call back as soon as he can” to get my car brought back was never on top of things.
