The service counter is fine, people are fine. There were two sticking points. 1. They don't offer a loaner for while the service is done (which was several hours). They told me my key was in the vehicle (which was parked at the curb). I searched through the whole thing and it wasn't there. I went back inside to the service counter, and the counter person had to go find the mechanic who still had the key fob. More
