It was a disorganized transaction. I put a deposit on a car to lease on a Wednesday night - when I went back Saturday to pick it up on Saturday the dealership had sold it to someone e I put a deposit on a car to lease on a Wednesday night - when I went back Saturday to pick it up on Saturday the dealership had sold it to someone else. They had another car which worked but the transaction took 2 full hours - including “accidentally shredding” all my paperwork so it had to be re-signed and telling me at 1:55 (when I had already been there for an hour) that my Certified Check was made out incorrectly and that I should “run the 4 blocks” to the bank before it closed in order to correct it. No one showed me how to use any of the controls in the car before I left. It was just a rather chaotic 2 hours. More

Made appt for Sept 11 The service worker had the most bizarre behavior! My name William Ryan treated me like I had a disease! Stood up against the wall didn't communicate with me only what he had to say bizarre behavior! My name William Ryan treated me like I had a disease! I have brought all My cars with Jeep Chrysler 40 years! When I come Sept 11! I do not want to have anymore rude behavior ! I want to sign in with another service person! I never made a complaint about any worker But he did not act professional So I'm sure you can see who sign me in and ask what was that leaning up against the wall make small conversation was not polite More
