This is the second car I buy from them becuase their attention to detail and their “bed-side” manner is impeccable. My sales guy was Alex Vivar who is very well versed in each detail of the car. He was pleasant to talk to and made us laugh. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered each of our questions with details. The manager, Robert Caraballo also stopped in to make sure that Alex was taking care of us, which showed great managerial skills as he wants to make sure we all leave “happy” and comfortable with our purchase. Overall positive experience I've been leading cars through leasing brokers for many years but came across an advertisement for a car at Bayside that seemed to good to be true. I've been leading cars through leasing brokers for many years but came across an advertisement for a car at Bayside that seemed to good to be true. I fought myself as I really do not like going to dealerships as I very much dislike the oftentimes bait and switch, misleading advertisements, and change of pricing when finally signing the deal. However, I really wanted this car and decided to go and try it out. After a bit of back and forth and only some minor changes or attempts to change pricing, I walked out with the car I went in for. Overall very happy with the salesman I dealt with and would definitely go back in a few years when lease is up. More
