When I called to make an appointment I was told I couldn’t get my car serviced at this location because I didn’t purchase or lease my vehicle from them. I was extremely annoyed. After speaking to the couldn’t get my car serviced at this location because I didn’t purchase or lease my vehicle from them. I was extremely annoyed. After speaking to the supervisor she was able to accommodate me. When I came on that Saturday morning I was the 5th person on line at 6:40 am. I’m glad I got there early. The man at the counter was very friendly. My car was done in an hour. I was shocked when they called my name. Even after the disappointment of possibly not getting my car serviced here, they made it much better. More
