My visit to Bayside VW Service Center on December 19th went very smoothly from the start to the finish. Service Advisor Giuseppe Coppola was very courteous and helpful. He texted and called to keep me up went very smoothly from the start to the finish. Service Advisor Giuseppe Coppola was very courteous and helpful. He texted and called to keep me up to date, they sent video to share information about the process, provided car service to take me home after I left my car in the Service Center and the next day again to get me to the Service Center when my car was ready.
