Not the worst. Not the best. We leased a 2019 Golf Alltrack. The negotiating wasn't horrible. We came to terms. Post-sale pre-delivery communication was poor. How helpful is it to inform the customer to bring a new insurance card on a Saturday when the delivery was scheduled? That could have gone very bad. Covid-19 changed a lot about the shopping experience and Bayside handled it well. That said, I found the orientation provided to learn about the car's features and systems for a new owner lacking.
