I moved to this area about five and a half months ago. I needed to find another Toyota Dealership to service my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I found a Toyota Dealership in Jacksonville to service my truck. I found I needed to find another Toyota Dealership to service my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. I found a Toyota Dealership in Jacksonville to service my truck. I found Beaver Toyota and they are about the same distance away from where I live so I wanted to compare and took my truck to Beaver to get the next service done. After I pulled into the garage I was greeted and the process got started. A gentleman named “Hot Rod” greeted me and introduced me to Scotty my service advisor or (assistant service manager) he reviewed my request for service and told me how long it would be. Hot Rod asked me questions about the courtesy lighting have on my truck, one thing led to another and we got onto a newer truck, no pressuring it all was good. I appreciated him taking the time showing me some inventory and turned me over to Rodney of sales. He too was very pleasant and was trying to accommodate my options. Not sure if that will work out, but it doesn’t matter because I love my truck. I highly recommend this dealer as it will be my dealer from now on. More
