The reason I gave it a one star is because a few weeks ago I installed brand new Rain-x ($120) windshield wipers on my G wagon because the stock wipers are not the best, and when I brought the truck in on ago I installed brand new Rain-x ($120) windshield wipers on my G wagon because the stock wipers are not the best, and when I brought the truck in on Friday for service they removed the front and the rear, and replaced them with the stock wipers, after I received my truck I noticed that they were replaced and I called, and they said “they can’t find them they are are in the garbage”. The right thing the technician should of did was ask the service adviser to contact me and ask “would I like my brand new Rain-X wipers replaced with stock ones”…This is not the first time I was disappointed with the service, the first time something was stolen out of my truck, but I have no proof, so I let it go… More

Nothing against my Service Advisor Dave Tangen as he is always helpful. But my car was returned to me without a wash. With the ongoing work outside where concrete was being blasted my car was returned to m always helpful. But my car was returned to me without a wash. With the ongoing work outside where concrete was being blasted my car was returned to me dirtier than I had dropped it off. Also while driving I always check my tire pressure to ensure they have been inflated to the correct PSI after a service. I noticed 3 out of 4 tires were in the correct PSI range 35-40 PSI. Except my right rear tire was at 31 PSI . I didn't think anything of it at the time and said they probably just didn't inflate it correctly. From the time I got my car back, I parked it in my garage where it sat for 2 days. Monday morning when I went to start it up, after a few minutes, I received a low tire pressure where the reading came back at 28 PSI. I took it to a tire repair shop where they found a Hard piece of Plastic embedded in the tread causing it to puncture a hole creating a slow leak. Overall not a great experience. More

I really didn’t have a second Mercedes in mind, but remembered the wonderful experience I had three months ago when I bought my 1st car, so I decided to give it a try. I called my salesmen Jay Milich and asked about buying a car. As before, Jay was honest, kind, professional, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He worked hard to get me a second car which I absolutely love! Benzel Busch makes you feel like you are an important customer whether you are buying a six figure car or an entry level car. If I ever need another car, I will be back. I will also refer anyone who is looking for a new car to Benzel Busch and, specifically, Jay Milich. More
