I decided to purchase my leased Honda. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a female employee. She escorted me to Erynn at the service counter. Then when that part was finished, I was The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a female employee. She escorted me to Erynn at the service counter. Then when that part was finished, I was escorted to the Finance person, Jamar. The entire process was smooth, and I felt taken care of. Erynn came back to the finance office and informed me that my vehicle was ready and gave me the inspection report. I have never before had such a thorough and easy process. Bianchi has really stepped up their customer service! Thank you! More
