This was my second and most likely last new car purchase at this dealership. There was an issue with the vehicle and I was basically told it wasn't their problem and that I had to take it up directly with at this dealership. My circumstances were very unique, in that I needed to qualify for Medicaid, and had to get down to one vehicle, so with family's suggestion, I traded our Honda HRV and my Honda Ridgeline, both for a New qualify for Medicaid, and had to get down to one vehicle, so with family's suggestion, I traded our Honda HRV and my Honda Ridgeline, both for a New Ridgeline, all with a phone call to Dave Reash, who expertly satisfied my every need, and the only trip I made to Bianchi Honda Dealership, was to deliver the two vehicles and drive away with a refund and a New Ridgeline.
