It was my first time buying a car by myself. I felt very nervous but as soon as I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. Heather was my sales person and she was a rookie too but was so helpful. My husband and I were so excited to get into a Honda Odyssey but there was a lot of work into our situation so it wasn’t a simple in and out. Mike helped us look around months ago and was eager to help Odyssey but there was a lot of work into our situation so it wasn’t a simple in and out. Mike helped us look around months ago and was eager to help us when we came back ready to make a deal! He has been so incredibly patient with us and very helpful. He is the most incredible car salesman I have ever met. Good at his job with great customer service!!! I will recommend him to everyone!! I was also incredibly impressed with Jamar and Brandon. Jamar helped us figure out the best deal and had such a down to earth understanding personality. Brandon was so kind and accommodating to our situation and worked out the best deal. I’ve never been truly impressed by any finance workers at other dealers but I was blown away with these guys! My husband and I had the best car buying experience. Bianchi has wonderful employees.
