He also patiently worked with us on a Saturday afternoon to finalize all the paperwork so we wouldn't have to come back in the bad weather. As a new parent himself, I think Lennon had a unique perspective and listened carefully to our worries and needs. He didn't just want to sell us a car - it was important to him to sell us the *right* car. When I needed follow-up service for a quick issue later, he made sure to personally check in, follow up, and ensure that it was taken care of. Great experience at Bianchi Honda! We initially came in to test drive a used car and got matched with Dave Reash. He was very down to earth and extremely easy to talk to. We never felt pressured into something we did not want. He absolutely had our best interests in mind and he helped us to find the best solution for our situation. We ended up leasing a new HR-V. The model and color we desired was not at the dealership so it had to be located and brought in. It came in within 2 days and we were driving it off the lot the night it came in! Brandon in finance was also a big help and very knowledgeable to work with. Eric the General manager helped us find the best lease option for us, and fought to keep the lease in our price range. I have had family members that have used Bianchi Honda in the past and I will continue to recommend them in the future! This was my first ever experience purchasing a car from a dealership and it was all I hoped it could be. More

CR-V life saver and Bianchi Made it easy We purchased a 2014 CR-V from Bianchi Honda 10 months ago. We were pleased with the service and the deal then. We'll that CR-V saved my wife's life when a suburban ran a red light. She T-boned him hard enough that he rolled 3 sides of his vehicle. She walked away with just bruises. After that my wife and I both agreed we wanted another. Bianchi Made it easy. They worked with us thru the paperwork and sorting things from the insurance and my lender to get us in a gently used 2015 CR-V. They went beyond what an average dealer normally would to help us.
