Couldn’t have been more pleased with my first auto buying experience. I had called in prior to my arrival at the dealership requesting the CarFax on two different vehicles I had interest in. Within the first experience. I had called in prior to my arrival at the dealership requesting the CarFax on two different vehicles I had interest in. Within the first few minutes of arriving I was met with Dakota whom I had spoken with on the phone prior. He was quick to show me the CarFax and get me in to test drive the vehicle I had showed the most interest in, all while walking me through the features of the car. Needless to say I was dead set on the first test drive! Throughout the entire process he was very accommodating and personable, fun to work and joke with. He had helped make the auto buying experience a lot less nerve wracking by speaking to us as a friend would rather than pressuring to make a deal. It’s only been three days since buying my Honda CRV and I’ve already recommended multiple friends to visit Dakota and the sales team at Bianchi Honda! More
