Went to get my oil changed and they forgot to reset my oil life called to speak with Jason the manager at 8:30 am never got a call back ,called at 5:30 the girl that answered Jasmine was annoyed that I wa oil life called to speak with Jason the manager at 8:30 am never got a call back ,called at 5:30 the girl that answered Jasmine was annoyed that I was upset said I would have to go back to dealership to have it reset. Very disappointed with this service my a customer should not have to go back cause you forgot to do your job. More

My wife and I arrived to be greeted by Eddie which was a surprise because the last 3 dealerships we visited either took a while or for us to ask for help. Eddie was welcoming, attentive and immediately got surprise because the last 3 dealerships we visited either took a while or for us to ask for help. When we decided to move forward with it, he didn't drag his feet, after some back and forth, we made a deal. Great communication all the way until delivery of vehicle.
