Thus, my purchases are conducted in a methodical manner. Prior to the Cadillac XT6 purchase, on Dec 2025, I owned a 2016 Cadillac SRX. Big Star Cadillac Service Department, specifically Bobby Miller and Daniel Wood, provided excellent service to that car for 9 years. I met Mark after ordering Cadillac Escalade , Mark helped us with the order and buying.
