I purchased a 2023 Performante URUS from Boardwalk for $300K+. I live out of state and the vehicle was shipped to me after they received my trade. When delivered to my home I found some damage on the fron $300K+. I live out of state and the vehicle was shipped to me after they received my trade. When delivered to my home I found some damage on the front fascia(see pic). It may not be a large divot/scratch, but it’s highly noticeable and will require the front fascia to be dissembled, repaired and repainted. There is also a scuff mark on the carbon fiber section which is very small. The clear bra will also need to be replaced as it is pierced in a couple of areas and peeling. I spoke with my salesperson, and he indicated they missed it. Mind you, he missed it, the service dept missed it and they signed off the inspection report upon pick-up which included the damaged pictures. He also stated, “they want to make it right”. 4 days later no contact back to me. I leave texts and messages each day. This was a clear business decision to save a couple of bucks hoping I would let it go. It’s hard to believe the lack of character and business integrity from this dealership and its employees. If the small damage was discosed I would have moved on or negotiated further Nothing surprises me anymore, but you would think a high-end dealership or any others would want to treat their clients respectfully and fair. I am not sure if I am more dissapointed in the vehicle condition or the customer service. This is experince has been underwhelming!. BTW, I am still waiting for my paperwork to reg/title in AZ. I had my car in for a check engine light. The error code was related to a battery cable for the hybrid battery. It turned out that there was not a problem and that all of the codes just nee The error code was related to a battery cable for the hybrid battery. The service department went through an extensive analysis to make sure that there was not a problem which I appreciated very much. It would have been easy just to clear the code and return the car to me without having gone through such a through process. More
