He saved us a good amount of money with his advice and kindness. Everyone was so patient and kind with our toddlers too. We had a great experience with the salesman, Mike Rosen, who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty with who was honest, straightforward and responsive. Then he handed us off to the finance department. Michael Minner sold us an EasyCare warranty without telling us it wasn’t a “Honda” warranty. He also said he was cutting $750 off the price so it ended up being approximately $2250 for 8 years, 100k miles, with a $200 deductible. When we inquired a couple days later about getting a “HondaCare” warranty, he told us it wasn’t as good as the EasyCare and it would cost more (maybe $2400?). Afterwards, we did some research and went to a different dealer who sold us a true HondaCare warranty of 8 years, 120k miles and $0 deductible. It’s essentially the same coverage, with longer term, less deductible for about $1300. You do the math. Michael Minner was either dishonest, misleading, ignorant or incompetent. I wouldn’t trust the guy, and it soured me on doing any more business with Bommarito. More
