From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle in question, to the moment we drove off, it was A+ every step of the way. My family drove 90 miles to pick this car up - and we were treated like we made that "special" trip. Not a hiccup: all the paperwork and details were prepared/ready in anticipation of my arrival. Even my insurance was updated through my agent in advance, with only my review/sign off required. The price was reasonable without drawn out negotiation, and was exactly on the paperwork as we negotiated over the phone - no surprises. They didn't pressure, offering/emphasizing options that might be of value to our purchase - I really appreciated that. All of my questions and requests were addressed promptly. The service department contact that walked by stopped and addressed a question for us in a quick and friendly manner, as well. Highly recommended! More

We had researched through Consumer Reports which helped us along with Anthony’s input. We then then test drove a 2020 Forester and were pleased with our experience. Anthony showed the different colors available, and we selected the green option. He assured us the green Forrester would be available from one of the surrounding agencies. He then directed us with what we needed to do prior to pick up. We were called within two days, Friday, to tell us that our car was ready for pickup. We were most impressed with Anthony’s quick response and professionalism in guiding us through the lease of our Sabaru. I was dreading the whole car buying thing as my last experience at a dodge dealer was torture. Not here - everything went quickly and smooth. I felt the trade in we got was fair and we didn't have to do a bunch of haggling. This dealership seems to care about your experience and are not pushy like other dealerships.
