Being a single woman, I can say it is extremely appreciated to deal with someone who is calm, patient and fair versus someone who’s going to try to take as much advantage as possible, especially in the case of male dominated industries. I knew Brewster Subaru was a great experience and found out how great when I went to another dealer when I was price comparing, where I had a very negative experience. When we were completing the process of purchasing a Subaru vehicle, working with Rich Johnson was also a great experience. Both Mitch and Rich are very personable and know their job. The Manager, Patrick Larson, was also very accommodating, friendly and available for any help we needed. Had a very bad experience at a different Subaru dealership down the road and came into Brewster Subaru 5 minutes before business closing. I was treated well here. The other dealership almost comple dealership down the road and came into Brewster Subaru 5 minutes before business closing. I was treated well here. The other dealership almost completely turned me off to Subaru entirely but my experience at Brewster Subaru turned that around. My salesperson Kristen was low pressure and didn’t try to push extras I didn’t need or want. She explained all the features on the car and let me know I could call if I had questions. The sales process was easy, low stress, and I was never made to wait more than 5 minutes for service. A smaller dealership but really gets it right with customer service. I love my forester! More
