Exactly What I Was Looking For! I had been researching used cars for several weeks. The sales rep Kristen came along and answered any questions I had. After the test drive I knew I wanted the car. Kristen was able to knock off a few hundred dollars as well as offer a few hundred dollars for my trade in which I was just planning on junking. She was very patient as we waited for what seemed like an eternity on the phone with my insurance and then again as we waited for my bank to finalize my loan and cut the check. The whole process was a very positive experience from beginning to end and I could not be any happier with my car! I highly recommend purchasing your next new or used car from Brewster Subaru! More

Patrick was able to set aside the car I wanted and negotiate a very satisfactory lease price. In the past I have leased two other cars with Patrick and had excellent and pleasurable experiences. We have since built a good relationship. Patrick has not only helped me find the perfect lease, but also supported me when finishing up my old lease (when I retired my Mazda cx5 back to its original dealer). Ever since my first lease with Patrick, my wife and I never hesitate to commit to his offers. Unlike other dealers who won't enclose details of the transaction via phone or e-mail, I was able to do most of the legal paper work over the phone and e-mail. Patrick saved me both time and money, and in the end he provided me the car that I wanted. Bruce was very helpful with processing all the papers and delivered a great presentation of the new and improved car. Not to mention, Rich Johnson (in a friendly and professional manner) went through the financial part of the transaction, extensively informing and offering me all the available options for my lease. Excellent I came to the dealership to purchase the car that I spec'd and dealership was able to locate it and ready for me in less than a week. From the front desk receptionist, salesperson to the manager, everyone was polite and professional. Customer Service goes a long way in this business and they were on top of their game. I was able to test drive the car that I wanted and they honored Subaru reward for test driving. Do your research prior to stepping into the dealership and everything that is offered, so you don't waste your time and theirs. Once you are there, it is a dance between the dealership and yourself and if you don't know how to dance, you will not be satisfied. In the end, I had great experience. Even the finance office experience was quicker than I had in all my car buying experiences. Whether it is their staff or training, it definitely makes it easier in the buying process. Liked the car buying experience and will go for service experience as well. I hope their Service Department does not disappoint. More
