Robyn really raced against the clock to get my car in order, pre-certified and ready to go out the door 60 minutes after I got there. We moved from CA to NY and naively thought we could purchase a car in a matter of days. Well, despite the odds, it turns out we did. And then we threw them a curve ball. We needed to bring our pickup appointment forward for boring logistical reasons on our end. Both Rich and Mitch rolled with it and had everything ready for our arrival. Some quick paperwork and we were out the door with our car. The entire process was fast, friendly, and painless.
