Brewster Subaru exceeded our expectations! From the minute we walked in, until the day we walked out with our car, we were taken care of by everyone who worked with us. Buying a car has never been a fu minute we walked in, until the day we walked out with our car, we were taken care of by everyone who worked with us. Buying a car has never been a fun process for myself or my husband, but our experience with Brewster Subaru was smooth, no stress and I feel confident about my purchase. Anthony was a wonderful person to work with-he went above and beyond to make sure we received what we needed. Not pushy at all, friendly and went out of his way to do extra for us. We truly appreciated that! Both Rich and Patrick helped us along the way and also did a wonderful job-we were in great hands! We honestly never thought we would end up with a Subaru, but we not only loved the car, we really loved working with everyone at the dealership. Past few months, I had been searching for a Subaru Ascent base model but most of the dealers didn’t give me a favourable answer. I came across Subaru dealer in Brewster, they not only gave me a good and quic base model but most of the dealers didn’t give me a favourable answer. I came across Subaru dealer in Brewster, they not only gave me a good and quick response but also a really good price.Two people I really wanna thank you are Rich Johnson and Kristen Hetzer. Kristen is so informative and professional.She showed a lot of patience in clearing my questions.Rich made all the paperworks so simple and hassle free. He explained a lot about how things work in and around Subaru. Once again I thank you both of them and all other employees in Subaru Brewster for welcoming us to the Subaru family and I would recommend others to visit Subaru Brewster and feel the clear difference between other dealers.I will be definitely going back to Subaru Brewster. We left our car there for the day to diagnose a problem. We had to call at the end of the day to find out that they hadn't looked at it yet. Same thing the second day. At the end of the THIRD day Brewster S We had to call at the end of the day to find out that they hadn't looked at it yet. Same thing the second day. At the end of the THIRD day Brewster Subaru had the car, we called and got an estimate for thousands of dollars in work to rebuild the engine, among other recommendations. We told Danny that we would hold off. (It's an older vehicle and we wanted time to consider whether to invest that much into the vehicle.) When we picked up the car, the service tech, Danny Gomes, literally tossed the bill at me across the counter. He was clearly upset that we weren't having the recommended work done. We were upset that we had to leave and do without the car for three days just to get an estimate. Between receiving the emailed estimate and picking up the car, the oil change had more than doubled in price. We'll never go back to Brewster Subaru. More
