It’s a hassle to find a place to fill it (I don’t live near dealership) during the winter and with a physical injury but my biggest concern is what else they claimed they did but did not. Maybe they didn’t top off the fluids or check the battery or use full amount of oil. The lack of checking the tire pressure after rotation has me doubting the service performed overall. More

I brought my Highlander in for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a text that my car was ready and wen to the counter to pay. I went out to get my car and they couldn't find it a first. It was still being worked on so not actually ready as the message had stated. They told me to go back to the waiting room and they would let me know when it was ready. I waited for another 90 minutes waiting fo rmy car to be finished. I went to the counter again and the girl wen to check on it. MY car was finished and just sitting there. NOBODY BOTHERED TO TELL ME IT WAS READY!. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, I suspect quite a while, but what a waste of my time. Very disappointed in the customer service. Girl at the desk was very nice, however. People in the back, especially my advisor, need some instruction in how to treat customers. The communication was non-existent. More
