When we first came in not one person greeted us. There were several sales people in their cubicle not helping others two were on their cell phones. We stood there and had no idea what to do. Finally someo were several sales people in their cubicle not helping others two were on their cell phones. We stood there and had no idea what to do. Finally someone turned around from sitting down and asked us if we wanted to be helped. That part went OK, we did end up buying a car from there but we did not feel like the sales person gave us his full attention. While he was helping us he excused himself to go help somebody else. There was not one other dealership we visited that did not give us 100% of their time that was very disappointing. It took us four hours to try to buy a car when we knew what we wanted. Because we had to sit and wait while he helped other people. Although the car Is nice ,I would’ve appreciated more if him or the general manager had talk to me about possibly getting a new car for just a few thousand dollars more. I’m not terribly happy with the car. They did a great job working out how to get my payments lowered. This car was 13,500 and by the time my loan is paid off it will be $19,000. I could’ve had a brand new car but I was not knowledgeable about that nor was I even talked to you about that.They really rush you because there are so many people waiting. I feel like they feel if you don’t buy a car it’s no big deal because there’s 1 million other people waiting. It was very very different from any other car dealer we had looked at. Certainly not the attention of the other Toyota dealers have given us. We did find the car we wanted with the lowest mileage. But that was something we did on our own without help from the sales person. He basically just looked up to see if there were any accidents. I did not care for the experience and more likely than not will not be coming back to that dealership in the future. I think some of the sales people are not knowledgeable or professional. Tyler, that we had was a very nice guy. He tried his best but I guess the culture there is to work with one person and leave them and go work with other people so they can make the most amount of money they can. Not a very good culture. We both felt like our purchase was unimportant to anybody. However the finance guy was on point, very kind, and more knowledgeable than anyone else other than the manager that I dealt with. For us, undivided attention when purchasing a vehicle is what we are looking for and we did not get that thereI now have a vehicle that is just OK for me instead of one I really love.I also have no idea who any of these people are that you want me to rate. Other than Tyler. I have no idea what their names are. The general manager was very nice but I am in sales to and he does a great job of selling his product. When you are in marketing you can really see what people do there. More
