It was my pleasure to meet Keith Rawls at Capitol Toyota on May 13, 2026. I commend him for his kindness and tenacity. I called and spoke with him about the Mercedes Benz GLC 300, that was on their Lot. I on May 13, 2026. I commend him for his kindness and tenacity. I called and spoke with him about the Mercedes Benz GLC 300, that was on their Lot. I mentioned I had two scheduled appts that day, to go see this model, at two other Dealerships. After a few Q & A's, I thank him for his time. After hanging up, I received a text message from Keith, saying (you might want to come see and test drive this one 1st. It's very Clean and have low mileage..."It can't hurt to at least check it out." So since they were closer to where I live, I went there 1st. Needless to say, I never made it to the other Dealerships. This model was everything and more of what I wanted. It even had some remaining Factory Wrty!. I know I stressed Keith out a little, because I'm in sales myself, but he remained calm, cool and collected, to Earn my business. 🤩 More
