Service review: 11 yr old car with headlight issue. They quoted 2 ridiculous estimates to fix either problem. Ridiculous in the sense that one was 2/3 of the blue book value. I purchased the car new, it’s never been in a accident for repairs and I have every service invoice for all work done (none of which had anything to do with the headlights). I did not have a lot of confidence in what they were telling me given their claim that there were after market headlights. I thanked them and left. Other than above, everyone was very professional. Sales people and managers were awesome. Finance is another story. I was very explicit about not wanting GAP coverage. Guess what, she looked at me and and lied strait to my face. Are you that desperate to get the commission on 700 dollars. Isn’t your reputation worth a lot more than that. Don’t trust Nichole Banks and read the contract. We contacted her and two days later she still hasn’t rewritten the contract. More

Riley is the most unprofessional and unfriendly sale I met. They tricked me there saying they can beat the 31.5K OTD quote for preferred CX5, and when we got there they said the quote had 3000 cash down s met. They tricked me there saying they can beat the 31.5K OTD quote for preferred CX5, and when we got there they said the quote had 3000 cash down so it should be 34.5K. We misunderstood the quote, but they should be professional enough to see it before we came rather than tricked us there wasting us 50 dollars uber and 2 hours waiting which is another 250 dollars based on our hourly payment. They should pay us back and feel shamed for dishonesty. More

Bought a used vehicle from CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa. While driving home from taking delivery the Check Engine Light came on. I paid a different dealership to diagnose the problem. I told selling dealership I would have it declared a lemon under the used car lemon law. They tried to insist there was no such law. I told them to expect a letter from my attorney and I’m contacting the Attorney General’s Office. Took vehicle back to them to verify and fix. It took them over a month to get the vehicle back to me. Kept making excuses for delays. I was amazed that they actually fixed the vehicle. I think my complaint to the AG’s office finally got them to fix the vehicle. It should not have taken a complaint to get them to act. More
