I was treated well by friendly sales people and finance dept. I do have three complaints (1) I was given only one key to the vehicle (2) I wasn't given an owners manual (3) I wasn't given a tool for the sp dept. I wasn't given depth instructions on the features of the truck. And because I don't have an owners manual I can't find out what they are. So now I have to come out of my pocket to get these things. I don't like writing reviews but I do not like businesses that are down right shady and do not have any effort at customer service. Zero stars. Brought my car in Oct 2021 for a warranty replacement of my rad that are down right shady and do not have any effort at customer service. Zero stars. Brought my car in Oct 2021 for a warranty replacement of my radio. Everything was approved and I was told it would be a couple weeks before the radio would come in, once it came in I would get a call and would schedule the appointment for installation. After not hearing back for 1 month I called in to check on it with no response, after several attempts and a few weeks with the same outcome I finally went down to the dealership and found out my service writer quit and my radio did indeed come in but was sent back and I was not contacted. From there I was promised a full detail for the inconvenience and they would order the radio asap. At this point we are in late December. January, February, March and finally on April 8th I got the call that my radio had come in after calling in ever single week with ZERO calls back with the exception for 2 times all through those 4 months and made an appointment for installation. Dropped off my car the night before April 14th so there would be no complications on the day of service. About 25 mins after dropping my car off I get told I need to put down $1,000 due to many radios being sent back. WHAT!?!! I don't have $1000 for you to hold on to! Hence the warranty. After speaking with the service assistant manager and service director they told me they could not waive it. Mind you this is an approved warranty exchange. Got a call that morning as well stating they tried contacting my wife multiple times because we missed our appointment....THE CAR WAS THERE!!! Went and picked my car during my lunch hour. How shady can you be!???? Shame on the managers and owners of this establishment for this extremely poor service and customer care. I called customer care yesterday and they could not help because it is a warranty item and they do not work with the warranty company. They said essentially the dealerships can make up rules/pricing whenever and however they want. More
