Sales group was great. Drove my new 2026 Jeep Wrangler Willy off the lot and the tighten gas cap light and the check engine light was on. I called the Service Department and they scheduled me in for a diagnosis. They said they know the problem but they do not have the part. They said go on ahead and drive it and they will call me when the part came in. Well two weeks later they did not contact me so I called the service department and they said it will take another two weeks and they will call me when it’s in. So as of today, I’m still waiting for the part to come in to get a new 2026 jeep with 19 miles. Make it make sense. It’s not an oldie car I am fixing up and may have to wait for parts because they may be hard to find. So you’re telling me it’s going to take 4 weeks to get a part delivered???? So for weeks I am during around in a NEW car with the check engine light on not knowing if I am possibly causing further damage to the car. The service department has done a poor job keeping me in the loop with any latest updates. More

Basically a new vehicle on their used car lot. Surprised that there were no floor mats, owners manual or how to use Uconnect system. Called and told to go on-line and download. On-line price was slightly different than what we paid. Never felt pressured to buy ...we made it easy and knew what we were looking for.. and also paid cash. Over all, nice dealership, nice people.. just expected little more professionalism. More
