I am upset that you did not supply the car with two keys. I called service and it will cost me $300 with programming for a second key. I am guessing you could get one for a fraction of that. I spoke with Gus Aldulaimi a sales assistant manager a couple days back to come and meet with him as I wanted to buy a Jeep. Gus told me to come Friday morning and when I asked what time he said he would be there all morning and to come in anytime. I would have preferred an appointment but he hang up too quickly.. I left work to go to the dealership this morning only to be told once I arrived today is Gus day off. I insisted I had spoken with him and he had told me to come in this morning.. in vain; front desk did not seem to care much about fixing the situation... I have been working in customer service for 30+ years and the service I received this morning in addition to wasting my time was actually pretty ridiculous. I googled Gus Aldulaimi and saw that he was not really reliable but decided to give him a chance and to give it a try anyways since I knew exactly what Jeep I wanted... Well, my mistake! A big waste of time. I ended up going to the Mission Valley dealership and am buying my car from them. TO OTHERS: AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME AT THE HERCULES STREET DEALERSHIP! More

I found that they did not request Saturday delivery. For the previous 17 years, my managers used to buy trucks in various dealershps and they were allowed to sign the papers. They kept my car and made me find my way home from La Mesa to Imperial Beach with a 2yr old. We are a repeat customer, and the reason for that is because this dealership is awesome! We bought a Toyota 4-runner a year ago off their used car lot and the experience we had was great. This time we bought a new 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 and the experience was not just great, it was amazing! Brandon was our sales guy for both of our purchases and I can't say enough great things about him. But one thing I will say is that we never felt pressured into buying anything, which is always nice. Sonny was our finance guy and he was fast, organized, and new his job well. We didn't feel like he up sold us on anything that he wouldn't have bought for his own vehicle. The experience we had was all around fabulous and we'd recommend anyone that's looking for a Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, or even a used vehicle to definitely check them out!! More

Don't trust David, and check your receipt make sure they have listed everything they did, even what they do not charge you for, like fixing a mistake they made. 1st issue - I got your receipt make sure they have listed everything they did, even what they do not charge you for, like fixing a mistake they made. 1st issue - I got an alignment but had to go back because it pulled to right, got it back still bad, the steering wheel wobbles and it pulls to the left, got new tires and the tire company did an alignment check, said all my toes were off, went back to Carl Burger Dodge, the service writer said the tire store must have done something to the alignment. This issue has not been resolved as of yet, I am going to try and get my money back. Another issue - My gears went out coming home from a long trip, towed it to Carl Burger Dodge and they said it was total transmission failure and would cost up to $6000 for a rebuild. Got it towed to AAMCO Mission Bay, come to find out my drive shaft had loosed up and the yoke needed replacement, a $300 part. Obviously Carl Burger service did not even put my car on a lift because if they had they would have easily seen the drive shaft loose. More
