Mical was extremely rude. During the process he acted like he didn’t need to sell me the Jeep because inventory was low due to a potential strike. How one point he raised his voice, yelled, and became overly aggressive. I will not be returning my lease to Cassens nor ever going back because of him. It’s a real shame because I originally started working with Steve and he was amazing. More
