Sold me a 6 oil change package for my 200, supposedly saving me money over paying for each one separately. They sold me a “basic” package which apparently didn’t cover the synthetic oil my requires!!! Wh saving me money over paying for each one separately. They sold me a “basic” package which apparently didn’t cover the synthetic oil my requires!!! Why would you sell me a package I can’t use??? Never was able to use the package, get the package upgraded to cover synthetic oil, or a refund. Scammers!!! Chrysler corporate was also unwilling to do anything!!! Next will definitely be from any of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat lines. More

Disappointed. Had a recall letter and a dash light. Tried to force me to buy 2 new batteries when I only needed one. Service team changed faulty battery but did Had a recall letter and a dash light. Tried to force me to buy 2 new batteries when I only needed one. Service team changed faulty battery but didn't turn off dash light. Brought car "ready to go" with dash light still on. When pointed out, they stalled, said it was the other battery, kept me waiting, tried to coerce me into giving them more money and lied that the dash light couldn't be turned off without taking the vehicle back inside the shop. EVERYONE who's ever had a dash light turned off knows that's a big lie. First and last time for service at this location. Justin was the service technician who attempted to manipulate and force me to buy additional battery. More
