Today was my 2nd. visit and not only was the service extremely fast, but everyone in the dealership is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is spotless and they supply every possible refreshment you could want, from breakfast through lunch. It was very easy to book an appointment and overall I am 100% pleased that I chose to take my vehicle to Circle Infiniti. And lastly....the car wash is not just an ordinary wash. They detailed my entire car!!! Great start to the weekend. More

Great Customer Service Went into Circle Infinity for a battery for my key. Spoke to John Dilieto Jr and he took care of it immediately. I asked him how fast I could get the Went into Circle Infinity for a battery for my key. Spoke to John Dilieto Jr and he took care of it immediately. I asked him how fast I could get the car serviced and he said right away and it would be about an hour or so. I inquired about using a service car, he told me it normally requires a day or so notice to have one available. Instead of just saying "No", he looked into it, and found a car that was available. The dealership took care of the service, John called me right away when the car was ready, and I couldn't have appreciated it more. There should be more people like him in the business world.
