John was very approachable and friendly, and thoroughly explained to me what the Service Technician would be doing with my vehicle. Ann Maria was extremely welcoming and friendly as well, and took the time to go over the completed work order with me, advising me along the way about potential future concerns. She also provided me with her business card so that I may contact her should the need arise in the future. My family members have collectively been customers for more than 25 years and have only had pleasant experiences. I myself am a customer of almost 10 years, and can gladly say the same. Every 5K miles, I look forward to seeing the eager, knowledgeable, friendly faces of the Circle Family, particularly Ann Maria, John, Pam, and of course, Yuriy Kulik the Valet Attendant, who all make the process seem so easy and seamless.
