I had to have my car towed to the dealer for serious brake problems. It was towed in on a Sat morning and I didn't have to go with the car, a nice surprise. I got a 7 am Monday service appointment. First time service visit was mostly positive. Quick scheduling and availability of a loaner were greatly appreciated when my brakes suddenly started making a terrible noise on a Friday afternoon. The only complaint I had was that I was not totally informed of all the work that was recommended. When I spoke with Stephanie, she went through the different needed repairs, including an alignment, but she didn't tell me that the reason was that I needed new tires! So that was a surprise when I picked up the car. The person who assisted me at that point was very helpful but I didn't get her name. I never met the service people listed below so I can't rate them. I only dealt with a woman named Stephanie on Friday and another young woman on Monday Will definitely return. More
